Kim Fantazia (Nguyen)

Kim (Nguyen) Fantazia is a skilled healthcare professional with extensive experience in public health and community health nursing. Currently serving as a Public Health Nurse and COVID Case Investigator at Express Healthcare Professionals of Oregon since June 2020, Kim previously worked as a Lactation Consultant at Providence Health & Services and as a Community Health Nurse at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic from May 2012 to June 2020.
