Rich Hughes

Rich Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rich is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Express Lab since October 2022. Prior to this, they were the Owner and CEO of Bloomin Blinds of Boise starting from August 2022. Rich also founded Hughes & McGehee, Inc. in June 2022, where they held the roles of Owner and CEO.

In their previous roles, Rich Hughes worked as the Director of Laboratory Sales & Marketing at Cole Diagnostics from July 2015 to October 2022. Before that, they served as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at West Pacific Medical Laboratory/Vantage Point Holdings from July 2013 to August 2015. Rich provided leadership in revolutionizing clinical, pathology, and molecular services.

Rich Hughes also worked as a Regional Account Manager at Saebo, Inc. from January 2013 to July 2013. During this time, they contributed to the development of innovative rehabilitation products for stroke survivors based on new research. Additionally, they worked as a Sr. Account Executive at Pathology, Inc. from June 2011 to November 2012. Rich focused on organic growth and consultations of diagnostic services.

Earlier in their career, Rich Hughes held the position of Sr. Professional Vaccine Specialist at Sanofi Pasteur from November 2004 to June 2011. Rich successfully launched new products, exceeded sales quotas, and implemented strategies for business development and growth.

Rich Hughes attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics.
