David Emnett

David Emnett serves as President of EMB, a position he has held since the company’s inception in 1996. With over 20 years of management experience, David has positioned EMB as a leader in practice management. As President, David directs procurement and lease agreements, human resource policies, information technology hardware acquisition and maintenance, software development and maintenance, quality control, and process improvement.

Prior to founding EMB, David served as a Technical Director of Information Technology for Southwestern Bell (now AT&T), where he managed data center operations, accounting operations, financial application development, and was Area Manager of revenue journals, special billing, and bill auditing. David was also a mathematics instructor at the University of Missouri—St. Louis, where he received his Masters in Mathematics.
