Dale Kozma

Dale Kozma is a franchise owner of Express Employment Professionals in multiple regions of Ohio, including Cincinnati Northeast, Butler County, and Cincinnati Northwest, providing comprehensive staffing solutions across various industries. Dale also operates the Specialized Recruiting Group, focusing on professional full-time direct hire placements. Prior to these roles, Dale served as President of The Boys & Girls Club of West Chester/Liberty, promoting youth development programs.
