Don Lapp

Don Lapp, CFE, is a seasoned management consultant and SCORE mentor with a career spanning several decades. Currently, Lapp serves as a retired SCORE Mentor while also holding the position of Management Consultant and Franchising Executive at DGL Solutions, Inc. since December 2018. Lapp's extensive experience includes serving as Vice President of the Northeast Zone at Express Employment Professionals since 1996, overseeing franchise sales and business development across twelve states and the District of Columbia. Lapp is recognized for expertise in business development, executive leadership, profitability growth, and mentoring.
