Greg Cottom

Greg Cottom is the Owner and President of Express Employment Professionals, a leading staffing company in the U.S., since December 2013. Prior to this role, Cottom served as Assistant General Manager at Ryerson, Inc., where responsibilities included P&L accountability for a $40 million service center, strategic development, sales growth, and operations management. Cottom also held the position of Product Manager for aluminum products, with oversight of a $250 million spend and an extensive supply chain, and earned Six Sigma Black Belt certification while contributing significant cost savings. Earlier experience includes being a Territory Manager at Integris Metals and an Inside Sales Representative at Vincent Metal Goods. Cottom holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
