Jay Diaz

Jay Diaz has extensive experience in employment services and human resource solutions, currently serving as the Owner and President of Express Employment Professionals since August 2012. Under this role, Jay leads a full-service staffing agency that offers various staffing solutions, including evaluation and direct hire, temporary and contract staffing. Prior to this, Jay held roles in the public sector, including Veterans Program Manager at CT Works/HRA of New Britain, where responsibilities involved recruiting and training eligible veterans, and Senior Employment Specialist at HRA of New Britain, overseeing staff and managing client support services. Earlier career experience includes positions as an Employment Specialist and Case Manager at SCS in Hartford, as well as serving as a Gunnery Sergeant in the US Marine Corps, where Jay supervised extensive personnel training and administrative duties.
