Jim Barrasso

Jim Barrasso is an experienced business leader with a robust background in the hospitality and employment sectors. Since September 2009, Jim has served as President of Express Employment Professionals, where a successful branch opening led to an impressive sales increase to $5,000,000 by 2016. Previously, Jim was an Instructor at the University of Memphis from January 2008 to February 2017, teaching various Hospitality courses. Jim also founded and held the titles of President and COO at Foxtail Foods from 2000 to 2008, and served as Executive Vice President at Perkins Family Restaurants for over two decades, including a role as VP at Perkins Restaurant Group. Jim holds an MBA in finance from the University of Memphis and attended the University of Oklahoma from 1968 to 1971.
