Jim S. Johnson

Jim S. Johnson, CSP, has a diverse and extensive background in business leadership and development, currently serving as the Franchise Owner and Regional Franchise Developer at Express Employment Professionals since January 1994. In addition, Jim is the Franchise Owner of the Specialized Recruiting Group in Edina, MN, and has held the position of Bank Director at Bridgewater Bank since November 2005. Past leadership roles include Director and Past-President of the Minnesota Recruiting & Staffing Association, Director at Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare, and Director at the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce. Jim also has experience in sales management, having worked as a National Sales Manager at Seaboard Foods and Gold Country Marketing, as well as a Senior Merchandiser at ConAgra Foods. Jim holds a B.S./B.A. in Ag Business/Economics from Iowa State University and a high school diploma from Albert Lea High School.
