Lee Ann Blackwell

Lee Ann Blackwell has held various roles throughout their career. Lee Ann currently serves as the Director of East Arkansas Operations for Express Employment International since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as Assistant Director for Community Outreach at the Central Arkansas Library System until September 2023. From 2009 to September 2023, they held the position of PR Specialist at the same organization. Lee Ann also worked as the Director of Community Outreach and Development at Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas from October 2017 to June 2023. Additionally, they gained experience as an intern at the United States Senate in the Office of Senator Blanche Lincoln from June to August 2008.

Lee Ann Blackwell attended the University of Central Arkansas from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
