Lt. Gen. (Ret.) M. Alfan Baharudin is a retired Navy officer who graduated from the Naval Academy in 1981. He has served as Commander of the Indonesian Navy's Marine Corps and has led the Jala Mengkara Detachment (Denjaka) , one of the elite troops of the navy, whose personnel is a combination of KOPASKA and Yontaifib. He was trusted to lead the National SAR Agency (BASARNAS) from 2012 to 2014. He has received various service stars for his service as a soldier such as Bintang Yudha Dharma Naraya, Bintang Jalasena Pratama, Bintang Jalasena Naraya, and others.

Its business is classified into three service lines: regular taxi, premium taxi and value-added transportation business (VATB). The operational areas of its regular taxi lines, which are operated by the Company's subsidiaries, are Jadetabek (Jakarta, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi), Surabaya, Semarang and Medan. Its premium taxi line is operated by its affiliate, PT Express Kencanakelola Jayajasa, under the brand name Tiara Express in Jadetabek areas. The operational areas of its VATB, including limousine and chartered bus services, are Jakarta, Bandung, Bali and Lombok. Some of its subsidiaries are PT Semesta Indo Prima, PT Ekspres Sarana Batu Ceper, PT Indo Semesta Luhur, PT Wahyu Mustika Kinasih, PT Express Kencana Lestari, PT Express Limo Nusantara and PT Nirbaya Transarana.
