Isabel Bernard

Isabel Bernard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Isabel began their career at Mood Media in 2012, where they were initially a Dispatcher and Client Satisfaction Coordinator before being promoted to Dispatch Team Lead. In this role, they supervised a team of 17 dispatchers and managed internal and external stakeholder objectives, including servicing audio, visual, and scent systems for clients.

After that, they transitioned to a Lead Project Manager/Oracle SME position at Mood Media, where they were responsible for stress testing and beta testing Oracle systems before a company-wide launch. Isabel also trained new project coordinators and managers on the Oracle system and supervised a team to maintain office workflow.

In 2014, Isabel joined OnSite Media Solutions as a Lead Project Manager. Isabel demonstrated exemplary leadership skills by managing internal and external stakeholder objectives for the installation of audio, video, and CCTV/data systems on multiple concurrent projects. Isabel successfully delivered on project commitments, including managing store openings for high-profile clients like J. Crew and Coach.

Continuing their project management career, Isabel moved to IMS EVOLVE in 2018. As a Project Manager, they directed business development efforts and managed IoT energy initiatives for one of the world's largest retail chains. Isabel implemented cost-saving initiatives and identified problems within projects, resulting in improved processes and increased schedule adherence.

In 2020, they joined OnSite Media as an Operations Manager, responsible for leading project managers and ensuring their support and adherence to deadlines. Isabel collaborated with leads from other departments to facilitate efficient cross-team interactions and served as an escalation point for client emergencies.

Most recently, Isabel joined Express Wash Concepts in 2022 as the Director of Wash Support. Further details about this role are not provided.

From 1998 to 2010, Isabel Bernard pursued their education at Kennesaw State University. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
