Josiane Soares Passos has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in managing various HR functions such as recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development. Josiane has worked in companies such as Expresso Taubaté Logística, Montik, CEVA Logistics, and Progeral Clamps, handling tasks ranging from talent acquisition to implementing HR strategies and programs. Josiane also has experience as a professor at Colégio Tableau, teaching subjects related to supply chain management, strategic planning, and human resources.
