Chad Zaruba

Chad Zaruba, PMP, is a seasoned change consultant and project manager with extensive experience across various industries, including aerospace and technology. Currently serving as a Change Consultant at Expressworks International, Chad has developed program management plans for workplace health and safety initiatives. Previously, Chad held key roles at MTS - Manufacturing Technical Solutions, Inc., managing complex projects related to the Commercial Crew Vehicle program, and at FMC Technologies, where Chad oversaw the timely delivery of subsea equipment for major clients. Chad's career includes significant contributions to NASA projects while at Jacobs Technology, where responsibilities spanned project management and systems engineering. Chad began the professional journey at Accenture as an Analyst involved in a major financial merger. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
