Dalbis Donato

Dalbis Donato is the Chief Financial Officer at Exprivia since January 2016, responsible for key financial operations and strategic projects, including a merger initiative leading to Exprivia's delisting. Previously, Dalbis held various financial leadership positions within Exprivia, such as Financial Director and Executive Assistant to the CEO, contributing to significant financing negotiations and business acquisitions. Additional roles include Vice President of the TIC Section at Confindustria Bari-BAT and President of HRCOFFEE. Dalbis also served on the board of QuestIT and was General Manager at Advanced Computer Systems A.C.S. Srl. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from MIP Politecnico di Milano and a Master's degree in Information Sciences from the University of Bari.
