Ahmed Balkheyour is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and engineering. Ahmed currently serves as the Executive Director of Engineering & Contracts Support at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority, a role they have held since 2022. Ahmed Balkheyour obtained a Diploma in Technology Management & Entrepreneurship from the University of New Brunswick in 2008. Ahmed then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university, completing it in 2008.
