Senior Director, FM Contracts Support at Expro

Asem Alhudhaiban started their work experience as an Internship Trainee at Saudi Telecom Company in 2014. After that, they joined the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu in 2015 as an Electrical Engineer, where they were responsible for preparing scope of work, design drawings, and managing minor works. Asem also performed studies related to electrical distribution systems and provided technical support. In 2018, they became a Project Manager, overseeing the operation and maintenance of electrical power distribution systems for Royal Commission facilities. Asem then joined the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority in 2021 as a Professional Engineer, focusing on developing standard management processes and procedures for governmental entities. Currently, they hold the position of an Engineering Expert in Facility Management at the same organization, where they perform maturity assessments and develops initiatives and recommendations to improve physical assets and facilities management.

Asem Alhudhaiban completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals - KFUPM, from 2009 to 2015. Asem also participated in a Study Abroad Program in Electrical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology during 2013.

In terms of additional certifications, Asem obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2020. Asem obtained the Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification from SMRP in July 2021. Asem obtained the Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA) certification from World Partners in Asset Management in August 2022. Lastly, in May 2023, they acquired the Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification from IFMA.

Expro was formed pursuant to a Cabinet Decision issued on February 23, 2021 corresponding to Rajab 11, 1442 AH, pursuant to Resolution No. (389), to include the National Program for Supporting Project Management, Operation and Maintenance in Public Entities (Projects) to the Spending Efficiency Achieving Center, and transforming the Center into the Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority governmental.
