Bander al-Mousa

Bander AL-MOUSA has a strong work experience in the field of IT. Bander started their career in 2015 as a Technical Support Engineer at Samsung Engineering, where they provided IT technical support and monitored and maintained computer systems and networks. In 2015, they also worked as a Customer Care representative at stc.

In 2016, Bander joined aramco as an IT Support Engineer, where they handled various tasks such as BC support, IP phone support, fiber optic cable splicing, and TETRA radio installation. Bander also configured modems and HP switches, managed network connectivity, and worked on DC power systems and batteries. During their time at aramco, they investigated and troubleshooted hardware and software issues.

In 2018, Bander joined the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority as an IT Technical Support specialist. Bander then progressed to the role of Sr. IT Technical Support and later served as an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist. In these positions, they provided technical support, managed IT operations, developed and implemented policies, procedures, and processes to optimize efficiency and productivity, and worked with technology vendors and service providers.

Currently, Bander holds the position of Expert - IT Operations at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority. Bander oversees the daily operations of the IT department and ensures smooth functioning of systems and networks. Bander also continues to manage technology vendors and service providers to meet the organization's technological needs.

Bander AL-MOUSA attended King Khalid University from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
