Fahad al-Juaid

Fahad Al-Juaid has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Fahad is currently the Director of IT Operations at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority. Prior to this, they worked at Kafalah as the IT Infrastructure and Technical Support Department Manager, Head of Technical Support, System Administrator, and AD & GPO Administrator. Before joining Kafalah, Fahad worked at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund as an Exchange Administrator, Symantec Administrator, and Computer Technician.

Fahad Al-Juaid's education history begins in 2010 when they attended the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and earned a Diploma of Education in Technical Support. Fahad then pursued further education and from 2020 to 2022, they attended the same institution and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Network Systems Support Engineering. Fahad also holds several additional certifications, such as the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in July 2021, and the IT Disaster Recovery Planning certificate from Meirc Training and Consulting, obtained in November 2020. Fahad also possesses various Microsoft certifications, including MCSE Productivity Solutions Expert (Exchange) 2016/19 obtained in January 2020 and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate Windows Server 2016 obtained in December 2019. Additionally, they have received certifications in CCNA Routing & Switching from the Abad Network Institute in February 2019, Storage and Compute with Windows Server 2016 from Global Knowledge in August 2018, and several other certifications in different IT fields through training courses from Koenig Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Dubai.
