Mashael Oteef

Mashael Oteef's work experience includes working as a Specialist - Services Efficiency, Policies & Strategic Studies at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at JATCO as a Senior Data Analyst from February 2021 to June 2023, where they collected, organized, interpreted, and disseminated statistical figures using Power BI. Mashael also implemented improved database systems and data analytics strategies. Mashael then served as a Sr. Executive Assistant at JATCO from November 2019 to February 2021, providing administrative support and assistance to the Jazan Refinery Engineering Department manager. Before that, they worked briefly as a Sr. Executive Assistant at SNC-Lavalin from July 2019 to October 2019 in a similar role.

Mashael Oteef obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Language from Jazan University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Mashael later pursued a Master's Degree in Linguistics at California State University, Fresno from 2015 to 2018.
