Mohammed Albakr has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning from 2001 to 2022. Mohammed currently holds the position of Senior Director - Enablement in the Military & Security Sector at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Director and Manager at QinetiQ Dar Massader QDM Limited from 2018 to 2022. From 2014 to 2018, Mohammed worked as a Lead Operational Training Course Designer at Airbus Defence and Space. Mohammed also served as a Strategic Adviser at Saudi trading & energy Co from 2012 to 2014. Mohammed began their career at the Ministry of Interior - KSA in 2001, where they held the role of Police Officer and later became the Head of Section until 2008.

Mohammed Albakr has a Bachelor's degree in Police Sciences from King Fahd Security College, which they obtained from 1998 to 2001. From 2005 to 2008, they pursued undergraduate studies in Public Administration at King AbdulAziz University. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2012, they completed a Master's degree in Public Policy and Administration at California Lutheran University.
