Jorge Alberto Romero Hernandez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Senior Service Quality Manager for Expro since April 2017. In this global role, Jorge focuses on enhancing the Risk-based Process-driven approach for the Downhole Flow Management portfolio, alongside developing strategies for operational readiness and risk management. Previously, as Global Service Delivery Manager at Expro, Jorge established a Quality Management System for Drill Stem Testing and Tubing Conveyed Perforating services. Prior to Expro, Jorge worked as a Senior Sales and Logistics Contractor, and held various positions at Schlumberger, including Account Manager, Operations Manager, and Project Manager, with a strong emphasis on service quality and technical execution across multiple international locations. Jorge's career began at Metalurgicas 2100 as a CAD Engineer and Field Coordinator. Jorge holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
