Varun Gomes

Varun Gomes is an accomplished Subsea Engineer specializing in Mechanical, Hydraulics, and Controls, currently employed at Expro since April 2014. Prior experience includes roles as a Hydraulic Project Engineer at Sparrows Group and as both Project Engineer and Development Engineer at Tata Steel Europe. Varun began a career in engineering as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Corus and served as a Trainee Engineer at Siemens Healthcare. Initial experience was gained at Goa Shipyard Limited as a Diploma Trainee in Mechanical Engineering. Varun holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northumbria University and a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Design and Technology from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, complemented by a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Panaji, Goa, India.
