The idea of setting up Exquisite Perspective Pte Ltd was mooted as Exquisite Connection Pte Ltd was slowly establishing a reputation as a key Human Resource Business Partner to many Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) seeking an external boost to their existing capabilities. 

We realised through our work that for positive change to be sustained, a critical ingredient was to address the ‘human side’ of organisational development, other than streamlining of processes. However, despite proclaiming that human capital is the most important element of an organisation’s success, many companies lacked information about the human dynamics within the company.

Thus, Exquisite Perspective was incorporated to focus on the following:
