Joseph DiPiazza, MBA, PMP®, has extensive experience in the real estate and consulting industries. Joseph currently holds the position of Director, Commercial / Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at EXR, where they create tailored sales and marketing solutions for top commercial landlords in New York City. Joseph has also achieved notable accomplishments, such as leasing 100,000 square feet of commercial space during the COVID-19 pandemic and leading the implementation of a division-wide Customer Relationship Management system. Prior to their current role, Joseph worked as an Associate Director at EXR, where they further established their expertise in the Brooklyn market. Joseph joined KPMG as a Senior Management Consultant, specializing in business transformation through customer management, marketing effectiveness, and business process management. At KPMG, Joseph successfully launched the Customer Global Community space and Customer Experience Transformation Method on Source, a global platform for insights and project delivery.

Joseph DiPiazza, MBA, PMP® has a comprehensive education background. Joseph started their academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management and Computer Applications from the University of Notre Dame, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Following their undergraduate studies, Joseph attended St. Ignatius College Prep from 1991 to 1994 to earn their High School Diploma.

Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, Joseph furthered their education by attending Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Strategy.

In addition to their academic achievements, Joseph has also acquired industry-recognized certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2015, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in 2017, Joseph acquired the Real Estate Broker, Associate Broker, and Salesperson (License) certification from the New York State Department of State.
