We started EXST because we believed India's coffee culture deserved more than routine. For too long, exceptional coffees were either lost in commodity supply chains or buried under technical jargon that left most drinkers no closer to finding what they actually loved. We saw a gap between world-class quality and personal discovery, and we knew the bridge was palate-intelligent curation.

So we built EXST around a simple conviction: that every drinker has a palate worth cultivating, and that the right coffee, found through intentional discovery, can turn a daily habit into something far more meaningful. We believe the best experiences often lie just beyond the familiar, and we're here to guide you there.
We source with discernment, roast to honour the integrity of the coffees we carry, and make every decision - from farm to cup - with your next great cup in mind.
