Julie Engleking has over 10 years of professional experience. Julie began their career in 2005 as Manager, Operations Planning at NCSOFT. In this role, they were responsible for cost reduction, revenue generation, and improved operations. Julie then served as Manager, Self-Service and CS Tools, and CRM Administrator, Self-Service Lead. In 2007, they joined Austin Dog Rescue as Director of Online Resources, where they established the nonprofit’s mission, built operational structure, and managed all online tools and online presence. In 2009, they became Managing Member at Metric Post, providing operations and business development support. In 2014, they joined Cloud Imperium Games as Platform Manager, managing eCommerce and crowdfunding platform development. In 2015, they became Co-Founder - Operations at Good Village, designing and leading product development of enterprise level cause marketing platforms. Finally, in 2017, they joined Exstratus as Client Manager, monitoring and analyzing AWS infrastructure to identify opportunities for cost reduction and waste elimination.

Julie Engleking attended Texas State University from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sociology and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology.
