Charles Gosrisirikul has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture and design. Charles is currently serving as the Vice President of Design at Extell since 2022. Prior to this role, Charles worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at The City College of New York from 2021 to 2022. Charles had a long tenure at GLUCK+, starting in 2011, where they held various positions such as Associate, Project Architect, and Senior Project Manager-Construction. Charles also worked as an Architect at OMA from 2009 to 2011 and as a Senior Designer at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) from 2005 to 2009. Charles began their career as an Architectural Assistant at Foster + Partners in 2005 and as an Architectural Intern at AECOM from 2001 to 2002.
Charles Gosrisirikul obtained a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Charles then pursued a Master of Architecture (MArch) degree at Yale University from 2002 to 2005.
In terms of certifications, Charles obtained the Registered Architect certification from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in November 2009. Charles also became a Real Estate Broker through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in December 2016. Additionally, they obtained the OSHA 30 Safety Training certification from Site Safety in September 2019, and the Registered Architect certification from the New York State Education Department in October 2019.
