Gia Williams

Gia Williams has extensive work experience in various industries. Gia started their career in 2007 as an Account Executive at FYI Brand Communications. In 2008, they transitioned into the real estate industry, first working as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Citi Habitats until 2010. Gia then became the New Development Leasing Manager at the same company from 2010 to 2012. Gia joined TOWN Residential in 2012 as the New Development Project Director, where they worked until 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Sales & Leasing at Extell, which they have held since September 2016.

Gia Williams obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Morgan State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Gia later pursued further education at the University of Baltimore from 2003 to 2005, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
