Chad Johnson

Chad Johnson currently serves as a Managing Partner and Managing Director at Cherry Tree Companies, where responsibilities include developing and leading client engagements in business sales, acquisitions, and institutional growth capital raising since July 2007. Chad also occupies a Director position at Extempore since February 2022 and has held various board roles with organizations such as Early Learning Labs, Inc., SIIA, and others. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President at The M&A Group LLC and General Manager at Ultralingua, Inc., as well as roles in business development and venture capital. Chad holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BA in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
