Desirée Nayak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and business development. Currently, Desirée serves as a Senior Account Executive in the Furniture & Jewelry sector at Extend, with previous roles in account management for mid-market and emerging markets. In April 2024, Desirée began a role as a Global Talent Fellow focused on market research at Open Avenues Foundation. Desirée has a strong academic background from the University of California, Berkeley, where research work was conducted at the Community, Diversity, and Intergroup Relations Lab, along with leadership roles in residential life and teaching assistantship.
