Jessica Nilsen

Jessica Nilsen has over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles in operations, customer experience, and service management. Jessica most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Extend since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the same title at Choice Home Warranty from September 2019 to May 2021. Jessica also served as the Senior Vice President of Account Operations at The Results Companies from March 2017 to September 2019. Before that, they held leadership positions at Cross Country Home Services, Sears Holdings Corporation, and Motorola, where they gained extensive experience in managing service operations, customer experience, and strategic relationships. Overall, Jessica Nilsen has a proven track record of driving organizational growth and improving customer satisfaction through operational efficiency and strategic planning.

Jessica Nilsen has a Master's degree in Finance from Florida International University. Jessica also holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
