David Permansson

David Permansson has extensive work experience in various roles related to digital customer experience, mobile solutions, and project management. David started their career in 2004 as a Project Manager at Crystone AB and later worked as a Project Manager at Getupdated Internet Solutions from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2010, David worked as a Project Manager at Arbetsförmedlingen.

In 2010, they joined Capgemini as a Practice Manager and later became the Head of Mobile Solutions Sweden - Sales Lead. David managed a team of 60 consultants and was responsible for the delivery and sales of Capgemini's mobile solutions.

From 2012 to 2015, David served as the Manager of Mobile Solutions Sweden, where they oversaw the delivery of digital customer experience based on mobile and omnichannel solutions. David also worked as a Principal Consultant and was involved in the development and sales of Capgemini Sweden's Enterprise Mobility offerings.

In 2016, David joined IT-HUSET as a Business Development Manager for Digital & Mobile before returning to Capgemini in 2019 as the People Unit Manager Digital Customer Experience North & Head of Center of Excellence for Cloud Scand. In this role, they managed 250+ digital customer experience consultants in multiple locations.

Currently, David works at Extenda Retail as the Vice President of Professional Services, a role they started in October 2020.

David Permansson attended Mid Sweden University from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Medieteknik. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including the Game Changers - IMD Leading Strategic Initiatives Program from IMD Business School in April 2019, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in July 2008, and Prince 2 foundation certification.
