Johanna Töpel

Johanna Töpel has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Johanna started their career at Ericsson as a Scrum Master from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they worked as a Business Analyst at 3, where they were responsible for the "Mitt 3" portal. After that, they joined Safemind as an IT Recruitment Consultant and helped clients recruit senior developers and testers.

In 2015, Johanna became a Product Owner at Time Care AB, where they led the introduction of a UK rostering system in the Swedish market. Johanna then moved to Göteborg Energi as a Business Analyst consultant, managing two case management systems developed by an external company.

In 2019, they worked at Intiro Development AB as a Business Analyst and Product Owner, followed by a role at Skatteverket as a Scrum Master and Test Leader, where they analyzed new features and documented requirements.

Johanna's next position was at Techstep, where they served as a Digital Lead and Product Owner. Johanna then joined Volvo Car Sverige as a Business Analyst consultant, involved in a major transformation project focused on digital direct sales, working closely with banks and insurance companies.

Currently, Johanna is employed as a Product Owner at Extenda Retail.

Johanna Töpel obtained a M.Sc degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Linköping University, where they studied from 1999 to 2005. In addition, they received the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in April 2015. Johanna also holds the certification of Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance, which was obtained in 2007.
