Extended Housing serves individuals with a serious mental illness, homeless, and facing imminent risk of being homeless. Their property includes condos, single, multi-family homes, group homes, apartment buildings, and a residential care facility. They are working to develop more units of permanent supportive housing to help house more people inunder-served areas.
