My Duong

My Duong is an experienced clinical manager with a robust background in nursing and patient care management. Currently serving as the Clinical Manager at Extended Home Care since November 2016, My Duong has also held the position of Nurse Care Manager within the same organization. Previous experience includes serving as Field RN Supervisor at White Glove Placement, Inc. from September 2017 to September 2018 and as Staff RN at Revival Home Care from October 2012 to December 2017. Additionally, My Duong was the Director of Patient Services at Tradition Home Care LLC from August 2013 to September 2014. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Registered Nursing from Hunter College (2013-2015) and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing from Borough of Manhattan Community College (2008-2012).
