Debbie Tobias

Debbie Tobias has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Debbie started their career as a Sales Manager at Holiday Inn & Suites in 1995, where they were responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies. Debbie then became a General Manager at Homestead Guest Studios in 1998. In this role, they oversaw all operations and was in charge of the Homestead Studio Suites Hotel.

In 2005, Debbie joined Extended Stay Hotels as a Hotel Area Operations Manager. Debbie directed the operations of two hotels, developed sales action plans, and maintained a steady flow of Extended Stay business. Debbie also worked closely with the Revenue Manager to determine rates and implemented rewards programs for employees and clients.
