Miguel Perez

Miguel Perez has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with Extended Stay America. Miguel started in 2001 as an Assistant General Manager at an Extended Stay America hotel, where they oversaw various departments and staff. Miguel later became a Hotel Manager, responsible for revenue generation and inventory management. In 2012, they transitioned to the position of Area Operations Manager and then District Manager, demonstrating their ability to handle larger scales of responsibility. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Housing & Mortgage Counselor at the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America before returning to Extended Stay America in 2018. Since then, they have held the positions of Business Development Manager and currently serves as the Regional Director of Field Sales.

Miguel Perez attended SUNY Oneonta from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Foodservice Systems Administration/Management.
