Richard Head

Richard Head has a diverse career in IT and telecommunications spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of IT Operations at Extended Stay America since September 2015, Richard has held various roles including Tech Support Services and Telco Manager and Telecom Services Manager. Prior experience includes significant positions at Delhaize America from April 1993 to 2011, where Richard worked as a Telephony Analyst IV, Telecommunications Team Leader, IT Computer Operations Manager, Datacenter Manager, and Computer Operator. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earned between 1989 and 1992.
