Michelle Mirski

Michelle Mirski is a highly experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Extendicare, where responsibilities include leading HR initiatives for the Paramed home healthcare division and overseeing national health and safety, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and engagement centers of excellence. Previously, Michelle held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Joe Fresh and Loblaw, managing HR functions across various business areas. Michelle's extensive career at Loblaw Companies Limited involved several roles, including Director of Talent Management, where a comprehensive Talent Ecosystem Strategy was developed, and Director of People Process and Technology, providing strategic guidance for key initiatives. With a strong educational background, Michelle earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Guelph.
