Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at Extendicare is responsible for managing the company's workforce-related functions. This includes recruitment, employee onboarding, workforce planning, benefits administration, labor relations, and promoting a positive work environment across the company's 120 senior care and living centers. Additionally, they handle employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and strategic HR initiatives to support organizational goals.
