Imani Willis

Imani Willis, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People and Culture Specialist at Extenet, responsible for overseeing internal recruitment efforts, including job descriptions, postings, candidate interviews, and new hire orientations. Prior to this role, Imani was a Talent Acquisition Consultant at High Profile, Inc., where training and coaching of recruiting coordinators was prioritized, along with targeted sourcing to reduce time to fill open positions. Imani has also held positions as a Recruiting Coordinator, focusing on employee onboarding and compliance, and as a Recruiting Assistant, managing front desk operations and conducting candidate reference checks. Imani holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Texas and an Associate of Science in Biology from Collin College.
