Clay Karges

Clay Karges is a Senior Product Manager at Extension Engine, LLC. Clay has previous experience as a Co-Founder of Kenyan Tourism Hub, Head of Product at Emogo Technologies Inc., and Business Analyst at Fidelity Investments.

Karges is responsible for managing the concept-to-launch of an Instant Quoting platform for a $5+billion market cap multinational insurer. Clay also owns the product strategy/roadmap and leads discovery & development. In addition, they are responsible for coordinating with stakeholders throughout the organization, including underwriters and senior business leaders to translate quoting logic to functional and technical requirements.

Karges has also managed the ongoing product development of a Claims Detailed Analysis tool utilized by a multinational insurer. Clay is responsible for translating data, user experiences and compliance regulation into a prioritized roadmap for ongoing product development.

Clay Karges has a Bachelor's degree in Management & Leadership/Finance from Boston College. Clay also has a Bachelor's Degree in International Business/Finance from ACT - American College of Thessaloniki. In addition, they hold certifications from the University of Helsinki in Elements of Artificial Intelligence, from the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics in Big Data & Social Physics, from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Certified Cloud Practitioner, from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), and from the American College of Sports Medicine in Certified Personal Fitness Trainer - Health Fitness Instructor (CPFT-).

Clay Karges reports to Emily Bottis, Director of Product Management & Design. They are on a team with and Rachael Fadden - Senior Product Manager.
