Daniel Chang

Daniel Chang is a Software Engineer at Extensis since June 2023 and a Co-Founder of Carbo Cat from June 2024. Previously, between January and June 2023, Daniel worked as a Software Engineer at AthenaJS OS, where notable contributions included developing a cross-platform application with Node.js, enhancing state management in React, optimizing performance with React Profiler, and improving code maintainability through TypeScript. Daniel has research and teaching experience as a Research Scientist and Adjunct Professor at Chapman University from 2019 to 2020 and as a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow at UC Irvine in 2018. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from Caltech (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a Minor in Computational Science from Chapman University (2015-2019).
