Mohammad Aljarrah has extensive experience in the contact center industry, currently serving as a Contact Center Team Lead at Extensya since May 2014, with roles including Acting Manager and Call Center Team Lead. Prior to this, Mohammad worked as a Customer Service Representative and spent 10 months on the Vodafone team as an inbound call center specialist, followed by 13 months in a technical support and back office capacity.
