Wissam Haddad

Wissam Haddad is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in network support and technical support. Currently serving as Network Support Manager at Extensya since May 2014, Wissam has progressed through several roles, demonstrating expertise in Windows server administration, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Prior experience includes a technical support role at Jordan Education Initiative, where contributions included supporting projects and developing a mobile application during an internship at Microsoft Innovation Centre. Wissam also gained initial experience as a trainee ASP.Net developer at CTS Computec Solutions, focusing on user needs analysis for e-learning projects. Wissam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Jordan University of Science and Technology, earned between 2008 and 2012.
