Arjun Prashar

Arjun Prashar has a diverse work experience. Arjun started their career as an Instructor of Armament Technology at the Armoured Corps School in 2005. In 2016, they joined the Indian Army as an Army Officer and later became a Colonel. Arjun served in the Indian Army until 2020. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Faculty member at the Defence Services Staff College. In 2020, they transitioned to the civilian sector and became the Head of Business Strategy & Operations at The Touch of Life, Healthcare. Arjun held this position until 2022 when they joined Extentia Information Technology as a Software Delivery Operations professional.

Arjun Prashar's education history includes various degree programs and certifications in different fields. In 1995, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Principals of Management and Accounting from Kumaun University. In 1998, they also earned a GNIIT degree in Computer Science from NIIT.

Arjun further pursued their education and obtained a Master's degree in MSC - Defence and Strategic Studies from the University of Madras in 2011. Additionally, in 2007, they completed a Tank Technology degree focusing on Applied Mechanics, Metallurgy, Explosives, Armament, and Tank design from the Defense Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT), DU, DRDO.

To enhance their professional skills, Arjun completed a Diploma of Education in Senior Level Defence Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidhyala in 2016. Currently, Arjun is pursuing an ISB Exec MBA - Strategy, Leadership & Marketing degree from the Indian School of Business, which is expected to be completed in 2022.

Arjun has also taken part in various certification programs and courses. Arjun completed an ADP (SAP) program in Computer Science from IA : CDAC in 2001. Additionally, they obtained LSSGB certification from KPMG in 2022, which focused on Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Arjun has also undertaken Business Development and Strategic Planning courses from the Project Management Institute Chennai Chapter and the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy.

Furthermore, Arjun has engaged in professional development through online platforms. Arjun completed certifications in Business Analysis & Process Management from Coursera and Business Strategy - Business Model Canvas Analysis from Coursera.

To advance their career in customer success management, Arjun obtained Customer Success Management (CSM) certifications in Fundamentals of Customer Success, Value Realization: Best Practices, Avoiding Common Pitfalls, and Sales: Customer Success from CSM. Arjun also completed an SDLC Overview certification from the Noble Work Foundation, specializing in Software Development Life Cycle.
