Prior to that, they worked as an SAP UI5 Developer at Incture Technologies from September 2015 to May 2020. Before joining Incture Technologies, Ravi Kiran R was a SAP UI5 Consultant at TransAltus Management Consulting Pvt Ltd from February 2013 to August 2015.

Ravi Kiran R began their education at Aradhana English School, where they completed their SSLC degree from 1998 to 2006. Ravi then attended BHS College from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued their P.U.C degree in PCME. Ravi continued their academic journey at AMC Engineering College from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained their B.E degree in Electronics & Communication.
