Sheetal Y. has a diverse work experience in various roles. Starting in 2008 at John Deere India Pvt. Ltd., they served as an Agile Scrum Master and Java Developer, ensuring the progress and success of the team and adherence to the Scrum process. Sheetal then worked at Tech Mahindra as a Technical Manager, implementing Scaled Agile Framework for a leading telecom client, coaching Agile teams, and facilitating communication between product owners and program management. At Cybage Software, Sheetal served as a Project Manager, developing and maintaining client relationships, providing support to the team using servant leadership, and building a data-driven decision-making product. Currently, at Extentia Information Technology, they are a Project Manager responsible for managing the development of a customized solution for a global industrial minerals producer, overseeing a multi-team, multi-vendor program.
Sheetal Y. completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2002 to 2006. Sheetal then pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science from the Center of Development of Advanced Computing from 2007 to 2008. In 2018 to 2019, Sheetal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Studies from the Department of Foreign Language, University of Pune.
In addition to their formal education, Sheetal has obtained various certifications.
