Vajesh Kumar Rathor has a diverse work experience spanning over 26 years. Vajesh Kumar started their career in 1995 as a Faculty-Regional Technical Support Executive at Aptech Limited. Vajesh Kumar then worked as a Software Engineer at NetWeb Software from 1998 to 2000. Vajesh Kumar then joined Advanced Sys-tek in 2000 and gradually rose to the position of Group Leader, where they provided project management expertise and managed teams for day-to-day operations. In 2006, they joined Quickstart Global Resource Management Private Limited as a Project Manager, where they handled various responsibilities such as product management, milestone monitoring, procurement decision-making, client communication, and team management. Currently, they are working at Extentia Information Technology, where they started as a Project Manager in 2010 and was promoted to the position of Senior Project Manager in 2017. Vajesh Kumar is currently serving as a Program Manager, overseeing projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Vajesh Kumar further expanded their knowledge by joining Indira Gandhi National Open University from 1997 to 1999, specializing in Operations & Research and earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management.

In 2016, they acquired certificates in "Calculating Earned Value" and "Managing Project Budgets" from LinkedIn. Vajesh Kumar became a Certified Scrum Master in 2017 through Scrum Alliance.
